Project Calendar - Overview
To use the Project Calendar you must be granted access to the calendar by being awarded for a bid that you have placed on a member contractors project. Once awarded on the bid you will be granted immediate access by the contractor for scheduling tasks and appointments for that particular project. Each project will have its own separate Project Calendar.
You can access the Project Calendar from any
page in Bidjobber by clicking on either of these two links.
There are two calendar types Personal Calendar
and Project Calendar. When you arrive at the
calendar page make sure you click on the Prolect
Calendar link on the upper right side menu bar.
The next illustration explains all the features of the Project Calendar page.
Once on the project calendar page click on any date to bring up the New Event Details quick add event box. From this box you can efficently add tasks and appointments to your calendar on the fly.
Another way to add tasks to your Project Calendar is to click on the Create New Project Task link on the right side menu bar, this will take you to the Create Project Task page where you can add task details as well as upload files to your task.
Another way to add appointments to your Project Calendar is to click on the Create New Project Appointment link on the right side menu bar, this will take you to the Create Project Appointment page where you can add appointment details.
